We can embed onto your CD master information such as artist names and album and track titles in a format known as "CD Text"
CD Text will only display the track and album titles in CD Text compatible players, which includes many new car systems, some newer portable players, and some hi-fi or pro oriented players.
However CD Text will NOT display in your computer's media player software!!
(you can thank all the computer software developers for this little snafu)
In order to display the album's text information in your computer's media player it must be submitted to the online CD Data Bases (aka "CDDB's") such as:
Gracenote (which is what iTunes and a few other programs use),
AMG Lasso (which is what Windows Media Player uses),
freedb and MusicBrainz (which a number of other programs use).
General info on how to submit info to Gracenote is at:

Info on how to use iTunes to submit info to Gracenote is at

Info on how to submit info to AMG Lasso is at

Info on freedb is at http://www.freedb.org
& for Musicbrainz at http://www.musicbrainz.org
Generally it is best to wait until you have received replicated discs back from your manufacturer before submitting the disc to these online databases as they generally work by reading specific timing information that might change very subtly when your master is replicated.
